Thank you and welcome to Hanna Farms! Located 15 minutes east of Orillia, Ontario.

      Hanna Farms consists of two herds. -- Willow Ridge, being Harold & Sandra's herd of Alpine & Saanen dairy goats, and Fantasyland, which is their daughter Kate's herd consisting of Lamancha Dairy Goats & Lionhead Rabbits.

     We purchased our first dairy goats, about a dozen, in spring 2001 for our own purposes of using the milk & making our own cheeses. In late 2001, the herd grew drastically and in 2002 they were at numbers of over 300 and milking commercially.  This lasted for a few years, Harold was a director for the OGMPA, and on the board for putting a milk marketing board in place in Ontario.  When the marketing board failed to pass votes, Harold & Sandra decided to call it quits and sold the majority of the herd.

At present we own a small hobby herd of approximately 25 dairy goats, have a very tiny herd of Lionheads. Harold & Sandra started a new business a few years ago, unrelated to the farm, in the water filtration industry
-- Hanna Water, which consists of work in residential, commercial and industrial applications.
